TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Krystal Kitchens limited, Unit 17 and 18 Basingstoke Business Centre, Winchester Road, Basingstoke RG22 4AU
2. Eligibility
2.1 The free flight giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase.
2.2 Employees, representatives, or agents of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
3. Giveaway
3.1 The Giveaway is a free return flight for two to New York JFK sitting in Economy.
3.2 The flight is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3.3 If Krystal Kitchens Limited suspects any fraudulent activities, Krystal Kitchens Limited holds the right to cancel a flight booking or prevent issuance of any ticket without any prior warning.
4. Flight requirements
4.1 The campaign will begin on the 21st October 2024 (BST) and end on the 31st January 2025 1600hrs (BST).
4.2 You must purchase a kitchen (Including appliances and worktops) not including (Fitting) before the closing date and it must be more than £25,000 including VAT.
5. Redeeming the flights
5.1 Once payment has been made flights will be booked. You will be required to give the dates of travel and all details of the traveling party so Krystal Kitchens can book these flights.
6. Minimum Spend Requirement
6.1 A minimum spend of £25,000 inc VAT is required
7. Booking Modifications and Cancellations
All booking modifications and cancellations are subject to airlines T&Cs
8. Data Protection and Publicity
The promoter will only process your personal information as set out in Krystal Kitchens data protection policy
9. Exclusions
Offer not to be used in conjunction with any other offer except, NEFF, Siemens and Bosch cashback as these are direct with supplier
